Having my first laparoscopy in a week, any advice?

Hi all, I am having my first laparoscopy for endometriosis a week from today. I am a 22 y/o female and I have been having symptoms for years now. I am very grateful to finally be getting the surgery that we all hope for at some point, but I am nervous to what post-surgery life is like. Can anyone tell me about their experience and shed any thoughts of wisdom? Thanks!
