Endo & Running

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone has a similar issue when running. I dont suffer with backpain but recently found that my lower back gets extremely sore and almost like muscle spasms while running (generally during/after ovulation).

I've also found running to drastically intensify cramping at certain times of the cycle.

Has anyone had similar, have you found a way to alleviate/help it?


  1. Hey , I'm sorry you've been dealing with that! Have you found ways to relieve the discomfort post workout? What you're experiencing is actually not unheard of for folks with endometriosis.
