What small thing actually helps your endo pain that most people wouldn’t expect?

What’s one small thing that actually helps your endo pain that most people wouldn’t expect? Not medications, just little things. For me sometimes it’s something as simple as heat, stretching, or changing how I sit. Wondering what has surprisingly helped others here! 😊

  1. Switching to loose, anti-pressure clothes because even a tight waistband feels like an enemy during a flare makes a huge diffrence!

  2. I second loose/comfy clothing, including underwear and bras (or lack of!). I’ve been surprised how much just taking off clothes has helped, even things I didn’t really consider to be tight. Activated charcoal tablets help when I have discomfort from bloating due to eating. I also use magnesium lotion every night to help relax muscles and sleep better 😀

  3. For me it’s honestly the most random little things. If the pain starts building up, I just stop whatever I’m doing and sit in a weird curled position with a heating pad. Sometimes even changing how I’m sitting or stretching my legs a bit suddenly eases it. Sounds silly but my body definitely notices the difference. Little things like that save me on some days 😊
