Past menopause...but still struggling with menopause symptoms- anyone take HRT and did wndo pain come back?

Hello! I am a 25 year veteran of endometriosis who went through menopause five years ago. I'm now 53 and pain free! But...I am one of the lucky people whose menopause side effects don't go away. I have been suffering with mood swings, depression, chin hair, acne, brain fog, night sweats, sleeplessness and hot flashes daily for four years. My dr doesn't recommend hormone replacement therapy because my endo pain could return. Has anyone been here and tried HRT and did your pain return as bad as before?

  1. Hey , That's so frustrating that you're still experiencing those annoying side affects even after all you've been through! I don't have any personal experience with this, but I did find an article written by one of our members about their experience with HRT. Hopefully you'll find it helpful:

How are you feeling today? Hopefully symptom free!
