I was diagnosed with endo, and over time I’ve started noticing little patterns in my body. One thing that always stands out is how much my pain changes depending on how I’m sitting. If I stay in the same position too long it builds up, but sometimes just shifting, sitting sideways, or curling up makes it feel different. It’s such a small thing but I keep noticing it. Does anyone else find their pain changing with body position like this? 😊
