Does anyone else notice their pain change depending on how you sit?

I was diagnosed with endo, and over time I’ve started noticing little patterns in my body. One thing that always stands out is how much my pain changes depending on how I’m sitting. If I stay in the same position too long it builds up, but sometimes just shifting, sitting sideways, or curling up makes it feel different. It’s such a small thing but I keep noticing it. Does anyone else find their pain changing with body position like this? 😊

  1. Yes, I’ve noticed something similar. With Endometriosis, pain can sometimes change depending on body position. Sitting in one position for too long can increase pressure in the pelvic area, while shifting positions, curling up, or sitting differently can relieve some of that pressure and make the pain feel different. It’s actually quite common for people with pelvic pain conditions to notice these kinds of patterns. Physiotherapy also has helped me a lot.
