Is it necessary to take before laparoscopy?
Did you take any form av HTR before your laparoscopy? I am afraid of blood clots and don’t want to use HTR.
Hi there. First off, just wanted to say thank you for being here and for your question. I don't have any experience with taking HTR before my surgeries. I know the thought of blood clots is scary. For my surgeries- they did use compression socks on my legs, to help keep from clotting but that was all. I do hope someone can be a bit more helpful than me. But I just wanted to chime in anyways <3 I hope you are doing ok. Do you have a lap scheduled? -Kimberli (team member) The gynecologist said that I have to start with HTR first! I don’t know what I should do. Surgery is not with complications and the endometrioses comes back. But personally I don’t want to be on HTR.
I'm not sure what HTR stands for, but I didn't take anything for blood clots before surgery. Does the acronym mean some kind of hormone treatment? ~Katrina, Endometriosis.net Advocate if you aren't feeling comfortable with their suggestion, I would definitely consider maybe a second (sometimes even a third) opinion!
