Endometriosis and how to try to control it.

Hi anyone who will listen, my partner has endometriosis and i would love nothing more than to understand this diseases and or try herbal remedies or practice to help keep her pain and suffering at bay does anyone on here know of any or fare trying something themselves.

  1. Hi I am so sorry to hear your partner is going through this. She is fortunate to have someone so caring that wants to help and understand. I am sharing here a link with some information and treatments that I hope will be helpful https://endometriosis.net/clinical/treatments. Please let us know if you have any other questions! Sending thoughts to both of you. Warmly, Erin (team member)

  2. Small tips from someone living with endometriosis 💛

    • Believe her pain — even when it isn’t visible.
    • Heat packs can be lifesavers during flare-ups.
    • Gentle walks or stretching help more than intense workouts.
    • Anti-inflammatory foods (ginger, turmeric, leafy greens) may ease symptoms.
    • Rest is part of healing, not laziness.
    • Sometimes the best support is simply asking, “What do you need right now?”

Understanding and patience truly make the journey easier.

  3. It honestly means a lot that you’re even here asking this. Endometriosis can be brutal and a lot of us just want our partners to understand how unpredictable the pain is. Herbal stuff works differently for everyone so it’s a bit of trial and error, but sometimes just believing her and being patient on the bad days helps more than any remedy. What has she tried so far and what seems to make her flare up?

  4. This actually made me emotional to read because not many partners try this hard. Endo can be so isolating and painful, and just you wanting to learn already helps more than you realise. Some people experiment with things like turmeric, magnesium, gentle yoga or heat packs, but it really varies person to person. The biggest thing is believing her pain and being patient on the hard days. That support matters so much, trust me 💛
