Chronic UTI post endometriosis surgery

I had surgery in February this year. I had severe endo removed from my bowel, vagina, pelvis, uterus and both ureters. My recovery was going really well until May when I got a severe kidney infection and ended up on 5 different antibiotics. Since then I’ve had a chronic uti, pressure in my bladder, burning, pain, lower back pain. Has anyone else experienced this post-op? I feel like I’ve swapped one chronic condition for another 😞
