Do I have endometriosis

Hi everyone, I am not a big poster, but I feel the only thing that might help rn is reaching out to a community.

I have always had very bad cramps during periods, the kind that has made me pass out, terrible nausea vomitting, pain that extends to my legs and back, random length of cycles, spotting , diarrhea, very bad pain during intercourse, pain during bowel movements during periods, pain where the highest grade of painkillers also don't work at all, overall quality of life has decreased drastically, I would also have back pain or pain in inner things time to time between cycles.

I have been to 6 different doctors, did 2 USGs (revealing nothing, except mild PCOM), went on contraceptives , did not work, made it worse, recently got a TVS done, where the radiologist refuse to look beyond the bowel and the cervix intersection and said it's only primary dysmenorrhea.

Idk if I am being gaslight or just being dramatic about my symptoms ?
(Any answer and similar experiences would help me decide how to move forward from here, if I should keep fighting for it or give up and load myself up with medicines that don't work)

  1. I remember feeling the same frustration of knowing something was wrong but not having the answers show up on scans. The symptoms you described are not something to ignore, and I know how exhausting it is to keep explaining your pain and still feel unheard. I hope you find someone who looks at the whole picture and takes your symptoms seriously.

  2. I really relate to what youre describing 🙁 Can I ask, do you notice the bowel pain and pain during sex only around your periods or does it happen randomly through the month too? And when you had the TVS done, did they specifically know you were having all these symptoms or was it just done as a routine scan? I had to learn the hard way that sometimes you have to explain the symptoms in detail because otherwise everything just gets brushed off as painful periods.
