TBH - I have no clue

Hello all - I will start with the fact that I have not been diagnosed with endo. I am on forums and all sorts of platforms to read and just try to get some form of help and clarity.
I currently have an IUD, I have had it for 3 years. Around the 2 year mark my periods started coming back. At first normal and then it went south from there, more frequent, heavier, crampier. My Dr. ordered an ultrasound to see if my IUD was in place – it was. All they noticed was some small cysts but didn’t think anything of it. My period still would not go away. I was then put on BC just to control the bleeding without taking the placebo.
It worked for about a month. And then the bleeding started again. My doctor had me stop the pill and schedule a removal of my IUD to see what will happen. Figures, I just started a new job so I had to postpone my appointment for 60 days before my new insurance kicks in.
Anyway – for the last couple of months since getting off the pill, my symptoms have worsened and continues to get worse day after day. I have pressure and fullness in my pelvic area. It constantly feels like my bladder is full, along with what feels like constant period cramps. Intercourse hurts to the point where I do not want to have sex anymore. The last couple of times I have done it, my partner said it felt tighter, to me it felt the same way (and not a good kinda tight).
If I press on my lower abdomen I want to scream. I don’t know what to do anymore. I have my removed date scheduled for Dec 6. From there my doctor will take a closer look at my cervix and uterus and she said she can’t see what’s up until the IUD is out… but for now, I am in pain.
Does anyone have a similar experience or some type of advice?

  1. Hi , I'm sorry to hear that you are having this trouble, especially at the beginning of a new job--and so frustrating about having to wait for your new insurance to kick in, ugh. Here's someone else on our forums who describes similar issues to yours:
