I'm 99% sure I have endometriosis

So I haven't been to the doctor to get the official diagnosis but I started tracking my symptoms when they started back in December/ January and endo is the answer that comes up when I research my symptoms. I know I have to get surgery to get this taken care of but I'm utterly terrified. But the pain that comes during my menstrual cycle is miserable. But oddly enough, when I start my cycle, my belly button also bleeds, that's how I was able to pinpoint what it was that I had. I carry on at work like normal but it's so hard because the pain is sharp when it hits


  1. Include magnesium rich foods (helps muscle relaxation, pain relief)


    Omega-3 (reduce inflammation): Fatty fish (salmon, mackerel), walnuts, flaxseeds

    Antioxidant-Rich Foods: Berries, turmeric, ginger

    Iron-Rich Foods (to replenish blood loss): Lentils, spinach, pumpkin seeds
    Avoid red meat,
