Hello , thanks for reaching out. When it comes to confirm whether you have endometriosis or not, if that is what you’re after, I’d recommend checking out Nancy’s Nook on Facebook. It is a brilliant resource to find good doctors and specialists near you.
I’ve had talking therapy for years, on an on/off basis, and it has helped me manage my disease. Anxiety and stress not only trigger my pain, but also worsen it. Finding ways to ease my mental health issues has helped with my physical symptoms. If it is possible for you to do some therapy, I totally recommend it.
Other treatments that have helped me (apart from excision surgery), have been acupuncture (for my back and leg pain), pelvic floor therapy and massage therapy. CBD oil has also helped take the edge off my pelvic pain, and my TENS machine is my best friend when the discomfort is really severe.
