😱 how much 🩸 blood is just too much ?

I’m at my wits end-
So I have stage 3 endo.had surgery about 4 months with little success with how heavy and clotty it is-although pain is settle slightly. I’m going through numerous overnight pads everyday.I’m struggling physically and mentally to deal with it.not sure where to go from here especially as I’m also going on 4 years trying for a baby.
