1. Pain getting triggered because of periods(starts between 3-5th day) which lasts for between 12-26 days
2. Lower abdomen+pelvic(in the middle + left side) (more on the pelvic region)
3. Feels constipated usually, passing gas. On rare occasions, diarrhoea.
4. Pain in the lower back.
5. No food sensitivity to most of the foods when the pain isn’t there.
6. Shooting pain or feels like there are red boils down there and I want to scrape it with a knife.
7. The pain is either constant or comes and goes in waves.
8. The first time was in 2019/20. It used to occur once in a couple of months but the frequency of that has increased since last year( every month).
9. The frequency of the pain increased when I started going to the gym last year and used to eat a lot of protein.
10. Also, I used to mostly eat junk food until last year.
11. I think the pain also worsens because of anxiety at times and when I move around a lot.
12. 95% of the times , the pain starts on 2/3rd day of periods. If not, it starts out of random, either due to food or some other issue. Haven’t figured this one out yet.
13. Periods last for 3/4 days and the flow is less after the 2nd day usually.
