Getting pregnant

Hello! I am 21 and married. I was diagnosed in 2019 but have had symptoms since my period started in 8th grade. I tried a few different meds for the pain and nothing worked. Since we are trying to get pregnant I have gone off my birth control for the first time since I was 16. The cramps and pain have been constant and I was wondering what things I can do to manage the pain while we ttc. Thank you!

  1. Hello as an endometriosis patient myself, the most effective tool for my cramps is a TENS unit, which is this really inexpensive little gadget that gives out small electrical pulses. It comes in very handy when I am in a lot of pain. CBD oil has also been useful, but it depends whether its legal where you live, and also whether it is of good quality.

I am attaching a few links with plenty of information on pain relief. I hope these help.
