Back pain

Does anyone else suffer from lower back pain ? I wake up every morning with low back pain, also sitting on the toilet is agony for my back does anyone else find the same? Also does anyone else wake up with really achy thighs ? I’m sure it’s all connected to my symptoms.

  1. I have had low back pain on and off for years. It was certainly connected to my endo. I also have hip pain a lot of the time. My thighs ached as well, but not necessarily when I woke up. ~Katrina, Endometriosis.net Advocate

    1. hi there. Yes, I definitely have both low back pain and thigh pain. I am in Pelvic Floor PT and my therapist has said a lot of the pain all seems to be connected to my pelvic floor. Which does seem to make a lot of sense when I am there and we are working on different muscles. I know some of my leg pain is also because I have hernias as well. My thigh pain more so is achy when I am moving around, not necessarily when I wake up but my lower back is pretty sore when I wake up, especially around my period time. Have you chatted with your doctor about these pains you are experiencing? -Kimberli (team member)

      1. Like Kimberli, I also have lower back pain and thigh pain. My symptoms are worst the week before my period and the day my period starts. I usually feel a little better after I get up and walk around or take my prescription anti-inflammatory. My symptoms have improved with regular exercise, pelvic floor therapy, and sports physical therapy. During or around my period, my prescription anti-inflammatory also helps a lot.         1. I also experience lower back pain. I have tried bilateral lumbar medial branch nerve block injections and then the ablations in the same location. These medial branch nerves are
