Severe pain - why?

Hi - I have stage 4 endo, awaiting a hysterectomy and treatment on my bowel and have a few cysts and fibroids, I have been in bad pain for over a week and the last 24 hours I have been in severe pain, pain meds ain’t working and I have no bleeding just the occasional spot. Is this something to be concerned about? Can anyone shed any light or give me any tips on what I should do? I have emailed my queries which there is a 6-7 week wait for a response and the number I rang is not taking calls? I have a doctors appointment later but I hold no hope of getting answers from the GP as they have already told me they are not experienced enough in endometriosis. Help! Many thanks
