  1. I've always been prone to headaches. For around half a year now I experience them in relation to my cycle. I often have a headache starting the first day of my period that develops into a migraine on the 3rd to 4th day. I'm in a lot of pain and very fatigued during my period, so anything I can do is sleep, but it doesn't really help.
I try to eat, drink and sleep enough because not doing so triggers my migraine on top of my period being a main trigger.

    1. - I relate to this so much. Usually a few days before my period I get these horrible migraines as well. So bad that even laying down and closing my eyes hurts. Making sure I stay hydrated and watching what I eat does help a little. But I have been prone to headaches at least since high school. I used to go to the chiropractor for them and he would do wonders! I usually left without a headache, or a very slight one. Would you try seeing a chiro for them? -Kimberli (Team Member)
