I’m tired of trying to live s life of treating my body like it's a finicky thing. I like to have fun. I do not enjoy alcohol restrictions (though I don’t overindulge),I’m honestly sick of hearing about yoga as cure to my problem. Before COVID I was swimming (I’ve always been a swmmer), sitting in the steam room, etc. AND I still had problems. And YES, I was avoiding various carbs and FODMAPS. I hate this talk about diet diet diet. Like we can all go to some dang foodie grocery store.
