Recent diagnosis and symptoms

I am new here and wanted to share my recent diagnosis and symptoms.
Many years ago I was told I probably had endometriosis, but no imaging or confirmed diagnosis. Several months ago, my symptoms started to increase. It got to the point where the bleeding was really heavy and cramps unbearable. Then I started having sever nausea, headaches, fatigue, dizziness, and brain fog. I decided to get checked out as I was very concerned about this new onset of symptoms.
I had a pelvic ultrasound that found ovarian cysts and endometrial polyps. I was sent in for an MRI to get better imaging of the polyps. Results confirmed the cysts and polyps but also came back with deeply infiltrating endometriosis.
Now I am waiting to see a gynecologist who specializes in endometriosis.
I don't know what to expect in terms of treatment. I fear I'm too far along for hormonal treatments.
Some months are worse than others, the bad ones are very bad and keep me from work and doing any normal activities. I feel like a prisoner of this diagnosis at times.
Wondering what other treatments people have found relief from. OTC's don't really help much anymore. Heating pad helps relieve some discomfort, but it's not enough and only really helps the cramping, all other symptoms remain.
