I've only had one, but what really helped me was going into the pre-op with questions in mind alread. I found the questions I needed while researching online. And then after the pre-op, prep little things that make recovery a little easier. Set out outfits, have a new show ready, a book to read, etc.
Also have your support system ready. Not sure what I would have done without my partner and family.

Agree with Pam, such great tips dear ! Thank you so much for sharing. Support system being prepared definitely was what helped me the most as well. Not sure what I would have done without them. Also found having meals already prepped and stored away and all things I would need at a low level so I wouldn't have to reach for them, helped too!
How have you been feeling? We hope you are doing well! -Kimberli (team member)
