Survey Endometriosis

Hello my fellow ladies! I hope you are all well x

I am currently at the start of a project regarding endometriosis. I have created a survey for women suffering from endo and would highly appreciate if you took 5 minutes of your day to take part in it!

The end goal is to create a mini documentary about endometriosis, with women's testimonies, and using your answers (anonymous of course!) looking into statistics. My brother who is a professional filmmaker and editor would be the one in charge of the filming and editing part.

I am also in the process of creating my own website (silent-endo.com) which will be a blog where I post regularly about endometriosis, if people would like their own stories told then there is a page dedicated to that, articles, interviews with doctors etc...
