Should I find a different specialist?

After my laparoscopy I got the diagnosis of endometriosis. When I planned a follow up appointment with my specialist, because I was still in loads of pain, he told me that the endometriosis found was so small, he almost didn't want to give me the diagnosis. But because the labresults tested it as endometriosis, he had to give me the diagnosis.

He said that there was "almost no mention of illness" (i don't know how to translate it properly) which makes me so angry! Because I have so many symptoms and I'm still in a lot of pain. He did think with me on what other solutions we could try and wants to help me relieve my pain. But the whole appointment he was speaking to me in a very condencending tone. I'm wondering if I should change specialists and go to a different hospital. Because everytime I think about the appointment I want to cry. but I'm scared that he was right and that I'm now 'claiming' an illness without even having it...even though I have all the symptoms and there was tissue found...

I'm just very confused

  1. Is there camera footage from the Laparoscopy? if so, then have another genealogical surgeon reveiw that footage and give you there conclusion. that would be the first step, short of having a laparoscopy.
