Initial visit booked, advice

I had done an online consultation, back in October of 2021, to get started on the process to see if I have endometriosis. From then onward I kept booking and canceling my in person initial visit, because of nervousness; thinking that I actually don't have endometriosis; just various reasons.
I finally booked an appointment again, this one is in September.
What was your initial appointment like, what should I expect evaluation(exam wise), what questions should I ask?
