Have you gone on a cruise with endometriosis? Do you have any tips or tricks to be prepared and enjoy a cruise despite endometriosis?

Hi Amanda! I haven't been on a cruise yet but am tentatively planning one for next year. If nausea is a symptom you're worried about that might be exacerbated by being on the cruise ship, I would suggest asking your Dr. for a nausea patch that goes behind the ear. I had one post-laparoscopy and it's one of the few things that really curb my nausea. Just an idea 😀
Thank you so much for that tip! I will definitely ask my doctor about those patches. I do not want to be nauseous the entire time.
