Da Vinci Robotic surgery or a regular manual laparoscopy?

thanks for reaching out. It really depends on who is performing the surgery, what’s available to you and if this is what you want. It’s a decision that only you can take after talking to your doctor. I’ve had a mixture of both. I don’t think it made a difference to the way in which it was done or my post-surgery recovery. Hi - I agree with Jessie, it depends on who is performing the surgery. I have had both. I don't know if I really noticed a difference in either or. I do know when I had surgery by an endometriosis specialist though, not just a regular gyno, I did feel much better.
