Some days with Endo are okay and some are awful. Does anyone have advice on getting through the awful days??

Honestly, just repeatedly telling myself that it (when the pain is excruciating) won't last forever helps me. It's almost like I have to really focus on the temporary nature - that today may be the worst it's ever been, but reminding myself that not every single day is like this.
Other than that, I lie in bed all day and try to sleep as much as possible.

Weirdly it was my partner read an article about endometriosis. I'd never heard of it and he suggested it. Have spent the last 18+ months in and out of different kinds of therapy, doing CBT self help: assertiveness, self compassion, procrastination, self esteem and altered my diet and lifestyle choices working with my body and mind. Am currently working through a brilliant free mindfulness based stress reduction course https://palousemindfulness.com/ (week 5 covers chronic pain). It was hard work, a poo covered in glitter is still a poo, though I can put my hand on my heart and say I'm the healthiest I've ever been and am rarely troubled by symptoms.
