What hobbies and activities help your mental and/or physical health? 

  1. If I'm not in any pain that day, I try to use it for self-care and doing things that I'm usually unable to do. Things like taking a longer shower, taking care of my nails, cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.. Those are all 'normal' things but for those of us with chronic pain and problems, they're big and we appreciate them fully.
