4 years infertility journey

Help,
The infertility journey of 4 years is extremely exhausting and mental challenging.

Dignoise with stage 3 endo /extreme low egg count among other medical issues. No matter what fertility medication or anything else I have tried -it hasn’t helped. I just want a baby without this constant negative pregnancy test each month.
Any help or advice on how to survive this journey or other things to try ?
