Foods that Bust Sugar Cravings
Sugar is inflammatory and addictive, but when a craving strikes, these are my go-to options to satisfy them.
- Throat Coat Herbal Tea: this is not only hydrating (which in and of itself can eliminate sugar cravings), but it has a cinnamon flavor which is a great spice to combat sugar cravings.
- Collagen Protein: This flavorless powder that dissolves in tea is great for a boost of protein that helps to stabilize blood sugar levels.
- Coconut-Rolled Dates: When all else fails, this is my go-to sweet snack. It’s super sweet and high in fiber so one or two does the trick.
