I Am More than My Disability

Hi everyone and all the warriors. I applied for disability 2 1/2 years ago due to my stage four endometriosis. I am 33 years old. I have significant endometriosis history in my medical records. I had my disability hearing today and I did not know what to expect, but I did have a compassionate judge and I did hire an attorney. It was a long time in the making, however, the fight and the days without income are over. I won!!!

I am strong

I was a voice and not an echo. I won my hearing. Endometriosis is such a disability and it has been so debilitating. My advice is never give up. Keep going. My attorney said after the hearing, I know this doesn't FIX everything, but I hope this eliminates some of the burden. I am so thankful ❤️. I am more than my disability. I am more than my endometriosis. I am Harlee – a strong , beautiful, tough woman . I am not superwoman, but I fight endometriosis. So, that’s close enough. 😂

Blessings, endo-warriors, and stay strong. I will also get my ovaries removed next Tuesday (May 21st). I will give an update on that as well.
