Tips for getting through the work day?

I'd love to hear any tips on how people get through the workday when endo flares up! How do you push through? What helps, what doesn't? Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated!!

  1. I work in an office, so it may be a bit easier for me. The following helps me:

    Hot water bottle or heat pack for my abdomen or lower back (depending on where the pain is)

    Lots of hot tea, especially ginger tea

    A footstool, as I find having my feet elevated a bit relieves the pain in my back

    Wearing loose-fitting comfortable clothes

    Taking frequent breaks
