Struggling- in need of advice

Hello,
I had the copper coil for 8 years. In the last couple of years my periods and time before and after have become unbearable. My doctor suggested taking it out. My bleeding days halved in days but other symptoms got way worse. I always have pre and post period symptoms up to a week each side. The doctor has referred me to see a gynaecologist with suspected endometriosis. The waiting list is up to two years. The doctor suggested the marina coil in the mean time. I had it put in and everything’s is so much worse again. It feels like my life is just constant period symptoms. I feel overwhelmed and fed up. Any advice ?
