In search of an Endometriosis Specialist in the Des Moines, Iowa Area

Hi everyone! I have been dealing with stage 3 Endometriosis first diagnosed in 2013. I had infertility issues, three lap surgeries, just got done with my last Lupron shot - only for my gyno to tell me that I either have to get on birth control or have a hystorectomy. I am 39 years old and I do not feel ready for that! I also feel like I have endo of the bowls as I am having more frequent painful flareups and can barely eat a full meal without getting sick. Is anyone on here from Iowa that can recommend a good Endometriosis Specialist that I can go see?
