Is Spinach Better Raw or Cooked?

It’s a great debate. Veggies – especially leafy greens like spinach – are super healthy for our body, but will we receive more nutrients if they’re raw versus cooked? There are actually benefits to both raw and cooked veggies. Raw have more live enzymes, but cooked veggies can make minerals (like magnesium) more easily absorbed by the body.

Personally, I go for a blend of the two. I try to have both raw and cooked spinach in my diet so that I get the best of both worlds.
