Marshmallow World

As Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra say, “It’s a marshmallow world in the winter”. It’s much a fun and playful song – and one that makes me crave marshmallows!

But after eliminating certain foods from my diet – soy in particular – I found it especially hard to find allergy-friendly marshmallows for a special snow day treat.

That was before I discovered Smash Mallow. These are allergy-friendly marshmallows that, let’s face it are by no means “healthy,” but they don’t have a lot of the common allergens in them so in my opinion they can be a special occasion treat.

The best part about them is that they have special flavors to them as well. The latest ones I picked up are candy cane flavor. Yes please!
