A Vacation from Chronic Illness

Do you feel like you need a vacation from managing endometriosis? The doctor appointments, tests, pharmacy runs and dealing with insurance – it can get exhausting. Add in a list of diet and lifestyle habits to support your healing, and it becomes all consuming. Yet in the midst of it, we’re supposed to be maintaining our daily life. I recently felt like it was getting the best of me and I needed a little TLC. So, I decided to prioritize self care. It sounds so simple but getting a few new skincare products made me feel better pampered, and as an added bonus the products that I selected were all natural so they happen to be supporting my healing efforts too.
