Healing Through Self Care

Managing stress levels is key to supporting your body in healing. While I love the idea of a weekly massage at the spa, it’s not realistic for my budget. So, I’ve started to get creative with self-care techniques that I can do at home.
An easy and relatively inexpensive experience you can create for yourself is an aromatherapy bath. I start by dry brushing my skin, then step into a lavender Epsom salt bath, and then lotion up with a good moisturizer as soon as I get out.
If you can create a routine like this on a weekly basis, you’re doing tremendous efforts for your body.
