Is Reverse Osmosis Water Too Healthy?

We know the importance of being properly hydrated. Ideally, we’re drinking half our body weight in ounces of water. But, is it possible for a water to be too healthy?

Reverse osmosis water is one in which it filters EVERYTHING out of the water – the good and the bad. It’s like of like how an antibiotic works on the gut in clearing out the good and bad bacteria. Some schools of thought believe that the water is too clean because it’s removed...

Personally, it’s still my water of choice because the taste is so significantly different.

Have you tried reverse osmosis water? Do you notice a difference?
