How To Ease Back Pain Naturally

Back pain... "Ouch" doesn't even begin to describe it. It hurts, and you want relief!

As a yoga instructor, I've found this stretch to be especially helpful in relieving back pain. It's best to hold the stretch for at least 30 seconds, but you can certainly hold it longer.

For true relief, it's important to stretch consistently. If your back has been tight for a long time, a single 30 second stretch isn't going to create magic, but if done consistently over time, you can experience some true relief.
