Healthy AND Flavorful

It’s easy to associate healthy with lack of flavor if we don’t know how to incorporate the right seasoning into our dishes. Quinoa is a perfect example. It’s a gluten-free grain that is high in protein, so a lot of benefit is packed into the small grain. However, if it’s cooked with just water, there’s not much flavor to it. One of the easiest ways I’ve found to bring flavor into this dish is by using broth as the cooking liquid. You can use chicken, veggie or beef broth, depending upon your taste preference.
