Best Fall Smoothie for Endometriosis
Magnesium. Omega-3 fatty acids. Fiber. These all have powerful health benefits for managing symptoms of endometriosis. They all also happen to be nutrients packed into a yummy pumpkin protein smoothie. Simply toss the following ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
- 1 cup unsweetened nondairy milk (rice, oat, hemp, just no soy.)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 banana or 2 pitted dates
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp plant-based protein powder (I use Organic Nutiva Hemp)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup ice (Optional)
