Are Pineapples Good or Bad for Endometriosis?

Growing up with debilitating migraines, which were often accompanied by nausea and vomiting, I had a lot of chicken broth and soup. They were easy on my queasy stomach and soothing to my soul. Then my mom started giving me pineapple. It seemed like such an odd thing to give me when I wasn’t feeling well. That doesn’t seem like it’s going to be gentle on my stomach.
