How to Select a Multivitamin

We know that food is the best source of nutrients for our body. However, if you’re not getting your recommended dose of veggies in a day, it may be helpful to incorporate a multivitamin. With so many brands on the market, I wanted to share how I select a high-quality multivitamin.

First, I eliminate the “one-a-day” vitamins because they’re often horse-sized tablets that the body will struggle to break down. It’s why so many people have stomach aches when first starting them. Next, I’ll look for capsules versus tablets which once again are easier for the body to digest.
