How to Make Dairy-Free “Ice Cream”

I’ve felt so much better in my body since going dairy-free. I wouldn’t dream of going back. However, I do occasionally dream of some yummy ice cream. Recently, I was on vacation in Ocean City New Jersey and discovered a healthy alternative that satisfied the craving.

It’s simple to replicate at home too. Simply freeze bananas and then toss them in a blender until smooth and creamy. You can add additional flavor with other frozen fruits like cherries or raspberries, or even a drop of vanilla extract.
