How to Use Essential Oils

I’ve found essential oils to be helpful as another tool to manage my health naturally.

They’ve helped me catch more z’s at nighttime and put a pep in my step for my early morning workouts. They help reduce headaches and even an occasional queasy stomach. In fact, there are likely just as many essential oils as there are benefits, but you first need to understand how to use them.
