What Nobody Wants to Talk About

Let’s face it, the symptoms and side effects of endometriosis are not always pleasant – pain, fatigue and bloating. We can even feel the effects in our digestive system, specifically elimination. Going to the bathroom isn’t as “normal” as we would like it to be. Sometimes we go too easily, other days we simply can’t go. If you’re in the later camp, a Squatty Potty might be a great addition to your bathroom. It’s a little stool that you place at the base of your toilet and prop your feet on when you’re going to the bathroom. It helps to better position your pelvis to eliminate waste. Yes please! While it’s an expensive purchase, you can also achieve the same effect at home by simply propping a stack of old books under your feet. Both will do the trick.
