Cinnamon Raisin Chia Seed Pudding
Chia seeds are a great source of plant-based omega-3 fatty acids, which are known to help reduce inflammation in the body. They’re also a great source of fiber, helping to keep you both regular and full. And here’s the best news, there’s a tasty way to enjoy the tiny seeds – in a yummy dairy-free pudding.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened nondairy milk (rice, oat, hemp, just no soy)
- 1/4 cup of raisins
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Combine ingredients into a mason jar.
- Close the lid tightly and give it a good shake.
- Refrigerate and allow to gel for at least 3 hours.
