Cinnamon Raisin Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seeds are a great source of plant-based omega-3 fatty acids, which are known to help reduce inflammation in the body. They’re also a great source of fiber, helping to keep you both regular and full. And here’s the best news, there’s a tasty way to enjoy the tiny seeds – in a yummy dairy-free pudding.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened nondairy milk (rice, oat, hemp, just no soy)
  • 1/4 cup of raisins
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients into a mason jar.
  2. Close the lid tightly and give it a good shake.
  3. Refrigerate and allow to gel for at least 3 hours.
  4. Enjoy!
