What’s in My Carry-On Bag
Last updated: May 2019
I’m leaving for Hawaii, so I have my carry-on bag packed for a long12-hour flight. These are some of the essentials I keep in my bag so I have them at all times.
Essential oils: These travel with me at all times, but especially when I’m traveling. Serenity is my go-to for relaxation in the midst of travel stressors.
Herbal tea: This is a great way to stay hydrated, as well as provide some self-care. Ginger and peppermint are great options if you tend to get an upset stomach from travels.
Organic tampons: Always have to be prepared, and since my research in the organic options, they’re my new go-to.
