Yoga in the Airport

I’m flying to Hawaii today – my first vacation in five years. I’m incredibly excited, but it also means that I’m going to be sitting on a plane for the next 12 hours. Staying sedentary for that long in any environment isn’t helpful, but especially in the confined space of an airplane. Here are some yoga stretches I can do right in the airport terminal or even on the plane itself.
And of course, it’s helpful to get up while on the plane and walk about the aisle a bit to get the blood flowing – especially if you have any back pain.
